For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone, the flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land.\u00a0 Song of Songs 2:11-12<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

 <\/p>\n

June 16<\/b> – Seek Me Early<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Walk in My Way and trust Me.\u00a0 No evil can touch you.\u00a0 I am yours as truly as you are Mine.\u00a0 Rest in that truth.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rest, that is, cease all struggle.\u00a0 Gain a calm, strong confidence in that certainty.\u00a0 Do not only rest in Me when the world’s struggles prove too much and too many for you to bear or face alone.\u00a0 Rest in Me when you need perfect understanding, when you need the consciousness of tender, loving friendship and intercourse.<\/span><\/p>\n

The world, my poor world, flies to Me when its difficulties are too great to be surmounted any other way, forgetting, or never realizing, that if, with the same eagerness, those hearts sought Me merely for companionship and loving intercourse, many of the difficulties would not arise.<\/span><\/p>\n

The circumstances, the life, the character would be so altered – so purified, that those same difficulties would not exist.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seek Me early,<\/i> that is the way to find Me.\u00a0 Early,<\/i> before I get crowded out by life’s troubles, and difficulties and pleasures.<\/span><\/p>\n

But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely,
\nand shall be quiet from fear of evil.\u00a0 Proverbs 1:33<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\n

June 17 – Dear Name<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

“Jesus.”\u00a0 Say My Name often.\u00a0 It was in My Name Peter bade the lame man walk.\u00a0 “In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth arise and walk.”<\/span><\/p>\n

“Jesus.”<\/i>\u00a0 The very sounding of My Name, in Love and tenderness, drives away all evil.\u00a0 It is the word before which all the hosts of evil flee.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Jesus<\/i>.”\u00a0 My Name is the call for a life-line to rescue you from temptation.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Jesus<\/i>.”\u00a0 The Name banishes loneliness – dispels gloom.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Jesus<\/i>.”\u00a0 Summons help to conquer your faults.<\/span><\/p>\n

I will set you on high because you have known My Name.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes!\u00a0 My Name – “Jesus.”\u00a0 Use it more.\u00a0 Use it tenderly.\u00a0 Use it prayerfully.\u00a0 Use it powerfully.<\/span><\/p>\n

And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name\u00a0<\/em><\/span>
\n Jesus; for he shall save his people form their sins.\u00a0 Matthew 1:21<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

June 18 – Wait<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

The world has always seen service for Me to be activity.\u00a0 Only those near to Me have seen that a life apart, of prayer, may, and does so often, accomplish more than all the service man can offer Me.<\/p>\n

If man lived apart with Me and only went out to serve at My direct command, My spirit could operate more and accomplish truly mighty things.<\/p>\n

And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain\u00a0<\/span><\/em>
\n place … his disciples said unto him,\u00a0<\/span><\/em>
\n Lord, teach us to pray.\u00a0 Luke 11:1<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\n

\n

June 19 – The Success You Covet<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

Follow the path of obedience.\u00a0 It leads to the Throne of God.\u00a0 Your treasure, be it success necessary on the material plane, which will further the work of My Kingdom, or the hidden spiritual wonders revealed by Me to those only who diligently seek, this treasure lies at the end of the track.<\/p>\n

From one point (a promise of Mine or a Command) to the next, you have to follow, till finally you reach the success you covet.<\/p>\n

All your<\/i> work for the moment is in the material plane and the spiritual is only to help the material.\u00a0 When your material goal is reached then the material will serve only to attain the spiritual.<\/p>\n

For your obedience is come abroad unto all men.\u00a0 Romans 16:19<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\n

June 20 – Miracles Again<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

Wait to hear My Will and then obey.\u00a0 At all costs obey.<\/p>\n

Do not fear.\u00a0 I am a wall of protection around you.\u00a0 See this.\u00a0 To see this with the eyes of faith is to cause it to manifest in the material.<\/p>\n

Remember I long to work miracles, as when on earth I wrought them, but the same condition holds good.\u00a0 I cannot do many mighty works because of unbelief.<\/p>\n

So only in response to your belief can I do miracle-works now.<\/p>\n

There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
\nPsalm 91:10<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\n

\n

June 21 – See As I See<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

O Lord, we praise Thee.\u00a0 Bless us, we beseech Thee.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I bless you.\u00a0 I promise you release.\u00a0 Joy in Me.\u00a0 You shall be shielded from the storm.<\/p>\n

Wonders have unfolded.\u00a0 Just to come before Me and stay for a while in My Presence – this must strengthen and help you.<\/p>\n

Learn of Me.\u00a0 The only way for so many in My poor world to keep calm, sane, is to have the mind which is in Jesus Christ.\u00a0 The mind which is in Me.<\/p>\n

That mind you can never obtain by reasoning, or by reading, but only by living with Me and sharing My Life.<\/p>\n

Think much of Me. Speak much of Me.\u00a0 See others as I see them.\u00a0 Let nothing less satisfy you.<\/p>\n

Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly<\/em><\/span>
\n \u00a0in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.\u00a0 For my yoke<\/em><\/span>
\n \u00a0is easy, and my burden is light.\u00a0 Matthew 11:29-30<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\n

June 22 – Your Red Sea<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

Go forward fearlessly.<\/p>\n

Do not think about the Red Sea that lies ahead.<\/p>\n

Be very sure that when you come to it the waters will part and you will pass over to your promised land of freedom.<\/p>\n

The wicked flee when no man pursueth; but the righteous are bold as a lion.
\nProverbs 28:1<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\n

June 23 – Cling To Me<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Cling to Me until the life from Me – the Divine Life, by that very contact, flows into your being and revives your fainting spirit.<\/p>\n

Become recharged.\u00a0 When weary do as I did on earth – Sit by the well.\u00a0 Rest.<\/i><\/p>\n

Rest and gain power and strength and the work too will come to you as it came to Me.<\/p>\n

Rest till every care-thought has gone, and then let the Tide of Love and Joy flow in.<\/p>\n

And he said unto them, Come ye yourselves apart into a
\ndesert place, and rest a while.\u00a0 Mark 6:31<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\n

\n

June 24 – When Guidance Tarries<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

As I prompt you – act.\u00a0 When you have no clear guidance, then go forward quietly along the path of duty I have set before you.<\/p>\n

No fear, no panic, quietly doing your daily duty.<\/p>\n

This attitude of faith will receive its reward, as surely as the acting upon My direct Guidance.<\/p>\n

Rejoice in the sense of security that is yours.<\/p>\n

Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and\u00a0<\/span><\/em>
\n afterward receive me to glory.\u00a0 Psalm 73:24<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\n

\n

June 25 – God’s Friendship<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

I am your Friend.\u00a0 The Companion of the dreary ways of life.<\/p>\n

I rob those ways of their grayness and horror.\u00a0 I transform them. Even in earthly friendships the common way, the weary way, the steep way, may seem a way to Heaven if the presence of some loved human friend transforms them.<\/p>\n

Let the Sabbath calm enwrap your minds and hearts.\u00a0 Let it be a rest from the worry and fret of life, a halt by the busy highway when you seek some rest and shade.<\/p>\n

Have you ever realized the wonder of the friendship you can have with Me?\u00a0 Have you ever thought what it means to be able to summon at will the God of the World?<\/p>\n

Even with a privileged visitor to an earthly king there is the palace antechamber, and the time must be at the pleasure of the king.<\/p>\n

But to My subjects I have given the right to enter My Presence when they will, nay more they can summon Me to bedside, to workshop – and I am there.<\/p>\n

Could Divine Love do more?\u00a0 Your nearest earthly friend cannot be with you on the instant.\u00a0 Your Lord, your Master, your Divine Friend — Yes<\/p>\n

When men seek to worship Me they think of the worlds I rule over, of creation, of mighty law and order – and then they feel the awe that precedes worship.<\/p>\n

To you I say feel awe, feel the desire to worship Me in wondering amazement. But think too of the mighty, tender, humble condescension of My Friendship. Think of Me in the little things of everyday life.<\/p>\n

For who hath despised the day of small things?\u00a0 Zechariah 4:10<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\n

\n

June 26 – Do Not Rush<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

Learn in the little daily things of life to delay action until you get My Guidance …<\/p>\n

So many lives lack poise.\u00a0 For in the momentous decisions and the big things of life, they ask My help but into the small things they rush alone.<\/p>\n

By what you do in the small things those around you are most often antagonized or attracted.<\/p>\n

They soon forget his works; they waited not for his counsel.\u00a0 Psalm 106:13<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\n

\n

June 27 – No Self-Reproach<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

The Eternal Arms shelter you.\u00a0 “Underneath are the Everlasting Arms.”\u00a0 This promise is to those who rise above the earth-life and seek to soar higher, to the Kingdom of Heaven.<\/p>\n

You must not feel the burden of your failure.\u00a0 Go on in faith, the clouds will clear, and the way will lighten – the path becomes less stony with every step you take.\u00a0 So run that you may obtain.<\/i>\u00a0 A rigid doing of the simple duties, and success will crown your efforts.<\/p>\n

I had no words of reproach for any I healed.\u00a0 The man was whole and free who had wrecked his physical being by sin – whose palsy I healed.<\/p>\n

The woman at the well was not overwhelmed by My “Thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband.”<\/p>\n

The woman taken in adultery was told “Neither do I condemn thee: go and sin no more.”\u00a0 She was not told to bear the burden of the consciousness of her sin …<\/p>\n

Remember now abideth these three, Faith, Hope, and Charity.\u00a0 Faith is your attitude towards Me. Charity your attitude towards your fellow man, but as necessary, is Hope, which is confidence in yourself to succeed.<\/p>\n

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus,\u00a0<\/span><\/em>
\n who walk\u00a0 not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Romans 8:1<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\n

\n

June 28 – Table of Delights<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

It has not been in vain this training and teaching time.\u00a0 The time of suppression, repression, depression is changed now into a time of glorious expression.<\/p>\n

Life is flooded through and through with Joy and Gladness.\u00a0 Indeed I have prepared a table of delights, a feast of all good things for you.<\/p>\n

Indeed your cup runneth over and you can feel from the very depth of your heart.\u00a0 “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.”<\/p>\n

All the days of the afflicted are evil: but he that is of a\u00a0<\/span><\/em>
\n merry heart hath a continual feast. Proverbs 15:15<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\n

\n

June 29 – My Will – Your Joy<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

Our Lord and our God. Lead us, we beseech Thee. Lead us and keep us.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

You can never go beyond My Love and Care.\u00a0 Remember that.\u00a0 No evil can befall you. Circumstances I bless and use must be the right ones for you.<\/p>\n

But I know always that the first step is to lay your will before Me as an offering, ready that I shall do what is best, sure that, if you trust Me, what I do for you will be best.<\/p>\n

Your second step is to be sure, and to tell me so, that I am Powerful enough to do everything (“The hearts of kings are in My rule and governance”), that no miracle is impossible with me (“With God all things are possible” and “I and My Father are one”).<\/p>\n

Then leave all with Me. Glad to leave all your affairs in a Master Hand. Sure of safety and protection. Remember you<\/i> cannot see the future. I can.<\/p>\n

You could not bear it. So only little by little can I reveal it to you. Accept My Will and it will bring you joy.<\/p>\n

The Lord is thy keeper; the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand. Psalm 121:5<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\n

June 30 – Understand Them<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

Take joy wherever you go.\u00a0 You have been much blessed.\u00a0 You are being much blessed.<\/p>\n

Such stores of blessing are awaiting you in the months and years that lie ahead.\u00a0 Pass every blessing on.<\/p>\n

Love can and does go round the world, passed on the God-currents from one to the other.<\/p>\n

Shed a little sunshine in the heart of one, that one is cheered to pass it on, and so My vitalizing joy-giving message goes.<\/p>\n

Be transmitters these days. Love and Laugh. Cheer all. Love all.<\/p>\n

Always seek to understand others and you cannot fail to love them.<\/p>\n

See Me in the dull, the uninteresting, the sinful, the critical, the miserable.<\/p>\n

See Me in the laughter of children and the sweetness of old age, in the courage of youth and the patience of man and womanhood.<\/p>\n

The kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure … the which when a man<\/em><\/span>
\n \u00a0hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth<\/em><\/span>
\n \u00a0all that he hath, and buyeth that field.\u00a0 Matthew 13:44<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Now to Him who is able to keep you from falling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy, to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.
